I've lately (and lately meaning the past year) been drop kicking anime left and right. If I do find an anime that I love, I love it whole heartedly...or for the sake of mocking it (like Gankutsuou - The art's beautiful, story is full of roflcopters)

I'm pro-manga if anything. But if a show doesn't have amanga beforehand, like Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo, then the anime usually has higher precedence over the manga that follows. Mainly because they don't have to keep up with the expectations of anime versus manga.

...oh, wait...then there's Hellsing...I like both the OVA and manga equally...

There are some manga I wouldn't read if I knew they were going to be bad. Oh Full Moon... I wish I could take back the hours of my life wasted reading that.

There are a lot of manga I have that don't have anime counterparts. Some anime that don't have a manga counterpart. And some manga I don't watch the anime for and some anime that I don't read the manga. =x

I almost ALWAYS read the manga. Even if I find the anime before it, I'll find myself reading the manga. Especially since most of the anime I've watched they've only created half of the manga and then ended it there. Like Kekkaishi and Fruits Basket. They left a lot of stuff out from that. OH, and Rouruni Kenshin too. The last arc of that manga (which, unfortunately, is my FAVORITE arc) was BUTCHERED in the anime...But they're redoing it so I'm happy.xD

But yeah, I usually read the manga.

I've only read so many manga. The anime that I watch (Like Mazinkaiser, Getter Robo: Armageddon) DO have mangas, but I never really check them out.

/o/ Yes! I totally read the manga, the anime is usually terrible... And it'll take too long to buffer on my laptop. I like reading, too. It's win/win/win.
